"the fact that you are paying a dating site creates a false sense of security that the site is going to protect you from being taken. say i get 5 new matches everyday i don’t i receive the same people all the time that i have deleted they just keep on popping up. website overall is not too bad – although it really doesn’t seem to do much to try and match clients up with any degree of compatibility in mind beyond a few simple choices. i was put on hold several times during the call for a total of an hour+, but in the end, i threatened a class action lawsuit and explained it would result in the guy losing his job. 16th i was surprised so i contacted ourtime the same day but they are closed on saturday. ourtimes is creating this to get people to sign up and contiune their membership. yesterday, may 25, i was only on the site to try to notify billing of the problem, not to communicate with anyone. it would require a novel to point out all the “wrongs ” with this site. removing my profile i tried to call our time but could only. time i sign in there are lots of profiles they say i viewed and i never viewed them, i delete them and there are more the next day. actual swipe comes into play on the our time mobile apps, which are available for both ios and android. i signed up for 15 minutes and had such a horrible time with the never ending pop ups and poor user interface and navigation – totally disgusting – but the most irritating is that i did not even use the service for 30 minutes and they told me my membership was for one year – i am contacting my bank and cancelling this and calling this fraudulent billing and a scam – this was the worst online dating experience i have ever had and this company needs to be sued and sued now! super slow load times, crashes, etc (and i can assure you it wasn’t a connection or equipment issue on my end). i actually found a wonderful woman using this site and i’m thankful for that, however the entire process was fairly painful. i met this good looking guy and he said he was ask from our time to come on the site for zero charge just to talk to the ladies, cause they don/t have enough men. there needs to be a better system to not waste time – although it asks political affiliation, there is no way to narrow to those who are like-minded. is all completely false and filled in by ourtime without my permission or consent. is one of the worst online dating site for seniors. i assume they are out of the us due to their time stamps and am terrified they are going to scam me on my account information. i also answer all the cancellations questions but the site would not allow me to hit the ok to complete to remove my profile. least 80 to 90% is spammers, very few messages you receive are real, don't waste your money on this site, its not worth it. i really don’t care any more any way; i just visit for the heck of it (i wrote them several times by both e-mail & snail mail to permanently close my accounts, nary a response). i just joined this dating site 2 months ago for 6 months. obviously i am not going to rejoin the site and its been a few years since i was on. site does much of the match-making for you, by sending you auto-messages, flirts and favs from people who do not have a pic nor completed profile (and you are paying for this) and lies to others by sending them auto-messages, favs and flirts that i did not generate (lies). i was on this site for 7 – 10 days, max, asked to get my money back; was denied and let them know i will be adding to their plethora of horrible reviews, which i am starting to do right now. was trying to close out an account…it was from our time..needless to say nothing was done about it… i will stongly advice anyone whose trying to join this scam infested dating site to stay far away from it. time is operated by people media, a match group company. found myself unemployed for about six months and having so much time on my hands i thought i would join ourtime.’m so very sorry i didn’t check this out ahead of time…. my password…tried to cancel membership never emailed me my rest password…could not get back into website….. my son actually made me join, and he too was sadly disappointed when i told him about my experience on the site. i'll be writing a message to someone, when the screen turns grey and i hear some other website on my speakers. signs you're dating a toxic person (matthew hussey, get the guy). if you accept any “services” from an entity, or do not file against them in a timely manner you can lose your right to dispute the charge. type of relationship you are looking for, the only chance you stand for meeting someone with similar interests is to join a site and pay for a subscription. figuring my profile had been lost, i went back to the web site and started from scratch. the moderators of this website would unilaterally change or omit wording in my profile. am an attractive woman and thought this site would help me meet nice men. he also said that my profile has now been completely removed from their site, and it had better be true because if i get another email from them i’m going to call them and knock some heads together! have never been scammed so many times in my life. in 2013, met my match in january 2014, engaged in 2015, married in 2016 wonderful site., if you’re reading this and thinking about joining ot, don’t do it, not even the free part (which will frustrate you anyway since you will have to pay to access the necessary aspects of this site to find someone – and half the profiles you read anyway will be half to virtually empty and without photos). i even took the time to call customer care as they suggested and after being on hold for forty minutes, i hung up in disgust and sent another email. i joined with a higher expectation considering the site was intended to skew members in the higher department of maturity, but there’s a lack of energy and motivation that is just too overbearing. yes the cost is low, but i have learned you get what you pay for. this has happened multiple times even when i've never visited their profiles! the our time website gains from all these ‘inactive’ profiles though, as they can advertise that they are much bigger then they actually are. over half the ladies that responded were sending personal emails or phone numbers and as the site says these people are scammers looking to pray upon you for money. i have been on several dating websites that are fantastic, and no advertising! do not want my dating service automatically charge my card when the six month program is complete. also, their website is not user friendly, and their search sucks. i wish i would have read these review’s before i joined this site. i was just looking for someone to spend time with my own age. just one more thing to add…this site will do whatever it takes (including setting up false flirts and favorites) to keep you as a member. that, a routine check of my bank account balance revealed a new membership extension charge from ourtime on june 30th. i have signed up for ourtime for only i month with no added features making sure i went into accounts and checked no automatic renewal. joined and paid and waited and waited and waited and still 5 days later have no account and they took my money and there is only an other company people media to contact which can not help you, but match and outtime owns and runs christian , black love seek russian all the dating sites,, liars and theives, rip off with no way to contact.
