as with so many other sites your account is automatically set up to automatically renew “for your convenience,” which is of course bullshit because it’s for their convenience. who wants your personal email because they want to talk off-site, report them. plenty of woman supposedly in my area, several i have seen on other sites, many with profiles not filled out. this is really what convinced me that what they are doing to folks is fraudulent and this site is only about the money. i took the time (it was painful) to answer them all and the closest “match” that i got was around 53% compatible. almost every single word i have reviewed in this review site has proven true without embellishment. site is filled with scammers…all wonderful god-fearing guys who make between 100,000 to 150,000 a year and who immediately ask for your email address or text no. i believe this site is a scam and will use your account (credit card) just to take your money. am not signed up with ourtime, but i’ve been getting emails from them about what they claim is my dating profile for two days now. would be a reoccurring charge monthly with the opportunity to cancel at any time. , they also eliminated my monthly ‘full member’ status after my being on the account for less than a week , and reduced me to being a ‘free member’, which is basically worthless … this is one insidious website, all they want to do is scam people …. fortunately for me, the site kicked mine out but based on the reports of those who had unauthorized dollar amounts deducted, doing so would seem to be an ominous road ahead. time should be embarrassed at how low level they are. i spent too much time complaining to them and asking for a refund, but like others, they said they have a “no refund policy. every comment on this thread (with the except of a few obvious shills) feel that this website is a fraud/scam and some have threatened to, or have, complained to local authorities. i have learned if these men are online every day and have been on the site for quite awhile do put up your guard. this opinion is reinforced after having rejoined – and spending only one week attempting to use the site! if you’ve even a slight interest in this site, don’t do it! since these bozos are apparently based in costa rica, nothing will get done. only wish i had looked up the reviews of this website before i decided to join. for one month site showed i had 80 messages and 44 favored me. there is just no way you can trust this website. dating should be a fun time , hopeful, and joyous in starting a new relationship! website takes advantage of those of us who are hopeful that seeking a relationship within our age group will filter out some of the issues encountered on sites like match. also see the video of a 55-year-old widow who lost 0,000 in an online dating scam. i would not recommend this site to nobody, be careful with your money people. back on my card the very next morning was notified another site pulled their subscription out of my account unauthorized. there is a “contact us” option on the website, but no matter what you put for the reason you are contacting them it will not send your request. say this is a pos website…signed up for one month and billed me for 6. then there was the time i was scammed on cm via yahoo chat.(i’m new at online dating, maybe they are all like this) i do not have a problem attracting men in real life, but this site is unnerving. the only faults i find with the site are the inability to filter searches with more precision (like non-smokers and no pets–big dealbreakers for me), and the matchmaking program is totally inconsistent. one of my rules was if they didn't bother to put up a profile then i didn't have the time to talk to them. if i am charged for another month, i will do my utmost to ensure a negative reaction to your site, in any way possible! the worst part is having someone from your site scam me for money. i’m sure that it’s pure coincidence that if you click on the blue, underlined link containing her name, it takes you directly to the ourtime website. i guess they leave it up to us to police their site. had the exact same experience from the rip off web site. secondly, i have emailed them three times complaining about scammers. i did finally meet a nice man right before i left the site." the site currently has registered 17,323 members who have reported a combined million loss to scammers..people just have to take the time to read it before they sign up. luck to all of you who try to leave this site and/or trying to get your money back., someone out there can develop a website for the over 60 set and delete all these parasites and have men and women who truly are looking for a relationship and have good characters? what can we do to stop this website from continuing. i joined the site for one month and cancelled by the second month. while this does make it less confusing for seniors new to online dating, those who are familiar with online dating and the internet may desire more tools and intricacy. dating site,is a sure way to look for someone who is not looking for you. a member of our time,I am trying to contact technical support to fix the site,I cannot send a request for the site as it’s only half screens, my name there is. my guess is that our time, like that donation outfit, banks with bank of america, which is the only institution my debit card has ever problems with. am adding this review to let people know that there is nothing wrong with the site and the reviews found here are not a representative sample of people’s experiences. site offers many men and i have responded to a few with no reply. all of the commentary here about the misleading nature of the site are true. site is uncomfortable – the pictures shown to you are very small thus you have to click on them immediately shown to the owner of the profile in concern. this site and the people who are “supposedly” members one it, are just a scam. scams fakes and a weak site is why i don’t recommend anyone to use our time services. the is no time indicator, so it is often awkward to find an unread message. please respect yourself and stay away from this full of scammers dating site. i told one guy that you are on a dating site to meet women and you are displaying pics of your late wife and you—that type of man has built an altar to his late wife and pity the woman that gets involved with him! that aside, i thought the real women on the site were honest and high quality. have been on ourtime for 2 months now & also once before. although some sites do a better job than others, i don’t think the risk of hackers or site intruders outweighs the site’s desire to bring on the masses and make the money. then after getting that rectified i have found that the people on this site are older than george burns. i am very disappointed in this website, and have paid hard earned money for something that is not even legitimate. everyone of you that negatively reviewed the site in question sound like the good guys. ourtime’s free functionalities include searching for and viewing profiles, sending flirts and using the my match and i’m interested features. i too was excited about finally finding a website for the over 50 group. this site seems to be a money making scam that preys on mature adults. i also found out more about him and i really think they should check everyone out before they let them on the site. i am dating in real life only now, at least i can see the real person rather than a 10 year old photo and watch body language and hear tone of voice before deciding whether or not they are safe to meet. i am so very blessed and thankful for our time. wouldn’t be surprised if ourtime was sending them or paying people to send them.’m an honest man maybe not the best looking but sincere at best, this site is no different than any other.Largest dating site uk

Online Dating Scams: Buyers Beware | HuffPost

much work on this site only met two people one 5’5 lied and the other 5’7 said he was 5’10…but at least real ones after all the 145 to date scammers out of 149 emails. i will never again use an online dating service thansk to this experience. if i sent a duplicated message why am i still on this site.. i wish i had found this site before i signed up yesterday on our time. i then tried a test and sent a message to a gal who “viewed” my profile 8 times and guess what, she had never seen my profile. i told the rep, “thank you but no thank you; the fraudulent activity that you did with my credit card and the lie you told about getting my credit card information, i feel very uncomfortable doing business with “our time”. i have a few messages and can estimate the type of people using the site, i certainly won’t pay for a subscription. i’d rather decide myself if i want to flirt and resent any site (ourtime isn’t the only one) that sends messages on my behalf, making it look like i contacted that person when i didn’t. sadly, however, the only way i’ll be able to rectify these sites is when pigs fly and the cows come home. people are assholes their site always says wrong password and then when you try to reset it you punch in the code 365times and it still says it is not right f*** off assholes. also found eharmony a waste of time, guys never open their emails. site flirts with guys i would never flirt with for me. will not get a refund even if you cancel on the same day because the site states that you have full access to your account for the month. i canceled and immediately got pop-up messages pleading with me to re-up for a much lower cost. i’m so mad and upset i’ve decided to start a site for us. i’m so angry with myself for thinking my experience would be different; i did have a good experience some time ago but i realized that this was after a “trial” period…and that made all the difference. service is in costa rica and they barely speak english and the phone connection is very poor. i still planned to quit the site, but with lots of membership time left, there was no big rush to contact ourtime about it. i’ve met some very nice women on this site, functionally i think it’s a poorly designed and maintained dating site.! live and learn read the reviews before you sign up i rate the site at -10. i was thinking on joining our time but not anymore after reading the comments. only average about 1 or 2 views of my profile, per day, when i have a ourtime subscription. i could not in good conscience run a site like this. it is time for a class suit against our time. before doing that i wanted to look at his page one more time. ourtime’s aim is to serve the specific needs of the older dating community. i suppose i thought they had finally made the site available to their “paid’ users! ourtime was to be a safe place to chat before meeting. 10:30am on july 1, i emailed ourtime to ask for a refund over this unfortunate mix of confusion, coincidence and bad luck. if you do the calculations, even with that in mind, it’s less than one week after this time that i was on the site. will be forwarding this to internet fraud agencies as well as using all social media sites to spread the message. if you are marketing to “seniors,” you owe them a well-monitored site and this isn’t it. site is very heavy on upselling and has confusing options. user had my profile removed and when i contacted our time and asked why they told me they could not see why it was removed and put it back. so the person thinks you might be interested because you have viewed them many times when you never viewed them. they kept asking for more info (a problem with most dating sites). there are a lot of good guys on this site too. i wonder why there are 20 somethings as well as those who are in their 30s on the site. one guy’s profile specified that he lived in my state, but after we began chatting via the ourtime website i discovered he didn’t. i feel that ourtime should take the time to search and protect people. yes, the concept of having a dating site for the over 50 gang sounded quite nice to me, but all it did was bring my self esteem to a low point instead of making me feel good about myself. these people have guaranteed that i will never again visit any form of site for pay again! they know that many people, especially seniors are not going to take the time to dispute the charge and to avoid stress they will just let it go. do you like presents a pair of members our time thinks might interest you based on what you're looking for. then he disappear, so i sent him a message saying that i had read many complaints about this site, so if he was not the person he was, that at least responded, just say goodbye, not interested. contacted ourtime dating website all they did they just sent me the link for dating tips. i have a few flirts (likely false ones) & messages that i cannot check because my subscriptions to both our time and love & seek are expired and not renewed. whenever i did send out a show of interest or flirt to men i found interesting on the site, none would reply…. they have refused to remove the charge to my credit when ourtime with fraud charged my card. i believe that internet dating, and ourtime is no exception, is very favorable towards women for the logical reason that there are many more men on the site than women. i was ready to join this site (given the positive ads), however i guess i am a skeptic and thought it best to see what others thought. a dating site isn’t my “thing,” and so i wasn’t looking for someone. know the dating sites tell us to be careful and met in a public place. you read most of the negative reviews on this site, you will realize that most of the problems were caused by the people themselves. it must mean our time to stuck it to the rest of humanity for the shit hand life dealt them..this site needs to be stopped in it’s tracks! i called with in their time limits only to get a recorder and found they are not only available during their hours but are not even there to help on a weekend! over the last year i have been on the site and off the site always for only 1 month., i have not found this to be a good site. time has some kind of internal glitch or someone on the inside sending out notices like this you in your email:Our time ( when i click on the blue line it reads the email came from a “mike morris” and yet two others from a “yen11”. have to ask how can you trust any of the dating websites? i just removed any renewal of my account, or may have to cancel my credit card, and have a new card issued if our time doesn’t honor my request. i’ve been through this before with several other websites, so i knew not to enter my credit card number. a total waste of time and money, especially when their propriety “chat” system doesn’t seem to work (at least it didn’t for me) and posts a warming on its page that anyone that asks for private e-mails is likely a scammer. have encountered my very first online scammer at the ot site. first i was extremely po’d at this website (several posts to that effect) and am counting down the days until my “membership” terminates (hopefully–it’s set to not renew), but i thought that i’d share what has to be an all-time classic woman’s profile that i encountered today.! i contacted ourtime again and said they same thing…they don’t have a way of filtering. also the men who had taken the time to write to me, will never be able to get a decent answer, and may wrongly assume i did not care. i had been trying to pay for a six month membership to ourtime but my credit card was declined five times. perhaps one of the drawbacks to this site is the ability to make an initial, cursory contact with anyone. haven’t joined so not sure what info our time wants.! i wouldn’t recommend anyone to try to use this site. people on the site that have changed their names but have been on the site forever.Dating site for sugar mummies
